This pathway program will look to bring together the U.S graduating seniors, or current female players for direct exposure to the Japan We-League clubs.
The program offers players the first-ever unique opportunity to be evaluated by professional scouts and coaches from Japan We-League Clubs.

For 2026, we are proud to welcome club from Japan’s WE League to offer trial offers to selected players. Our partner clubs welcome all position currently to fill for this winter.

Overview

We are now accepting player profiles for trial opportunities in Japan and overseas.
We-League clubs' scouting team will review all submissions and select top players of the pool to join official trials in collaboration with our partner we-league clubs in Japan.

This program is designed for serious, ambitious players who want to take the next step in their career.

How It Works

1 Submit Your Profile
Fill in the form and upload your playing video and CV.

2 Pay the review Fee
A USD 59 non-refundable review fee is required to complete your registration. This covers scouting evaluation time.

3 Profile Review
We-League clubs scouts will evaluate your application based on technical level, athletic ability, and potential with feedback.

4 Selection Announcement
Selected players will be contacted directly and invited to participate in upcoming trials in Japan.

◦ Players will be selected per cycle. 

◦ Players not selected may receive brief feedback to help improve future applications.

Selection Criteria

Our scouts will evaluate:

• Current level (club, league, minutes played)

• Video quality (highlights or full match)

• Position & fit for partner clubs

• Physical & technical ability

• Age & development potential

Note: The review fee does not guarantee selection. Only selected players will receive invitations to trials.

What Selected Players Get
