The East Asia Pro Pathway Program is the first initiative in the United States designed to create a direct bridge for talented American college and youth players to professional opportunities in Japan and Hong Kong. This pioneering program provides a unique platform for athletes to showcase their abilities in front of scouts, coaches, and clubs from two of Asia’s fastest-growing football markets.

Through elite-level combines, and trial opportunities, players gain exposure to professional environments while experiencing the cultural and sporting standards of East Asia. With Japan preparing for new league format and Hong Kong continuing to invest in professional football, the program opens unprecedented pathways for U.S.-based players to launch international and professional careers.
