Men’s Asia Pro Pathway Program

This pathway program aims to bring together U.S. male players for direct exposure to Japan’s professional J.League clubs.
The program offers players a unique opportunity to be evaluated by professional scouts and coaches from J.League clubs.

For 2026, we are proud to welcome clubs from Japan’s J.League to offer official trial opportunities to selected players. Our partner clubs are currently open to all positions for the upcoming winter window.

Overview

We are now accepting player profiles for opportunities in Japan. J.League clubs’ scouting teams will review all submissions and select the top players from the pool to join official trials.

Scouts have tons of experiences in the J-league and USA and will be able to pick the players that would fit the Japan Market.

This program is designed for serious, ambitious players who want to take the next step in their professional careers.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Profile
Please click the registration button and complete your details. Please press the cash option to finish the registration. After successful registration, you will receive an email with a link to submit your full profile, including your playing video and CV.

2. Profile Review
J.League club scouts will evaluate your application based on technical ability, athletic performance, and potential, and may provide brief feedback.

3. Selection Announcement
Selected players will be contacted directly and invited to participate in upcoming trials in Japan.

• Players will be selected.
• Players not selected may receive brief feedback for future improvement.

Selection Criteria

Our scouts will evaluate:
• Current club, league, and minutes played
• Video quality (highlights or full match)
• Position & fit for partner clubs
• Physical & technical ability
• Age & development potential

Note: Submission review does not guarantee selection. Only selected players will receive invitations to trials.

What Selected Players Get
