Women Asia Pro Pathway Program
This pathway program will look to bring together the U.S female players for direct exposure to the Japan WE-League clubs.
The program offers players the first-ever unique opportunity to be evaluated by professional scouts and coaches from Japan WE-League Clubs.
For 2026, we are proud to welcome club from Japan’s WE League to offer trial offers to selected players. Our partner clubs welcome all position currently to fill for this winter.
Overview
We are now accepting player profiles for opportunities in Japan. WE-League clubs' scouting team will review all submissions and select top players of the pool to join official trials.
This program is designed for serious, ambitious players who want to take the next step in their career.
How It Works
1. Pay the review Fee
A USD 59 non-refundable review fee is required to complete your registration. This covers scouting evaluation time.
(If you refer 10 people (no repeat or refer the person who refer you)and successfully register, the fee will be waived.)
2. Submit Your Profile
We will send an email that includes a link after successfully registered with our system. Fill in the form and upload your playing video and CV.
3 Profile Review
WE-League clubs scouts will evaluate your application based on technical level, athletic ability, and potential with feedback.
4 Selection Announcement
Selected players will be contacted directly and invited to participate in upcoming trials in Japan.
◦ Players will be selected per cycle.
◦ Players not selected may receive brief feedback to help improve future applications.
Selection Criteria
Our scouts will evaluate:
• Current level (club, league, minutes played)
• Video quality (highlights or full match)
• Position & fit for partner clubs
• Physical & technical ability
• Age & development potential
Note: The review fee does not guarantee selection. Only selected players will receive invitations to trials.
What Selected Players Get
✅ Official invitation to trial in Japan or showcase event
✅ Exposure to partner we-league clubs and scouts
✅ On-site evaluation & potential signing opportunities (will be looking all position currently to fill for second-half of the season)
✅ Post-trial feedback and career consultation

• Trial Dates: Mid December in Tokyo and Osaka

In the past year, we have more than 10 players in the WE-League and secured transfer for foreign players into Japan. Our extensive network allows us to be able to reach all clubs in Japan.

- Application Fee
All application fees are non-refundable - Program Cancellation by Organizer
If SportsEd Advisor cancels this registration, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
SportsEd Advisor is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (including travel, lodging, or other personal expenses). - Player Injury or Illness
If a participant selected for the trial is unable to attend due to injury or illness, a credit may be issued toward a future SportsEd Advisor events(subject to approval and medical documentation).
No cash refunds will be given in these cases. - Transfer Policy
Registration is non-transferable to another player without prior written approval from SportsEd Advisor.

2 Selection is based on scout assessment; submission does not guarantee selection.
3 If selected, participant is responsible for their own travel fees to Japan paid to our agency (estimate 2000-3000USD). Our agency will set up everything to and in Japan, include flights, living, food , transport, and facilities(cost varies by the date of trial)
4 This program is run by SportsEd Advisor, a FIFA-licensed agency, and in partners with We-League Club.
